About Me
-
Jane Moore, OTR/L, SWC, CLC, CKTP
As a feeding specialist, I am driven by a profound passion for nurturing the health and well-being of infants and toddlers through the transformative power of feeding therapy. My journey into this specialized field stems from a deep-seated commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and their families.
My passion for feeding therapy extends beyond the technical aspects of the practice; it encompasses a profound empathy for the unique struggles and triumphs experienced by each child and family. I firmly believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and I am dedicated to empowering them with the skills and strategies needed to overcome feeding challenges and foster a positive relationship with food.
Being a feeding specialist is not merely a profession for me; it is a calling—a calling to advocate for the nutritional needs and developmental milestones of infants and toddlers, and to facilitate their journey towards achieving optimal health and well-being. It is an honor to walk alongside families as they navigate this path, offering unwavering support, encouragement, and expertise every step of the way.

Testimonials

Jane is an incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate therapist. She's intuitive and has a gentle yet playful demeanor which helped both my girls with their feeding and sensory difficulties. Jane took the time to evaluate my girl's strengths & areas of difficulty and created a managable treatment plan. I very much appreciated that she included a home program that she taught us to work with our girls.

Finding a therapist that fits with your family can be difficult to fine and Jane welcomed us with open arms immediately. Her determination and genuine care to fight for our son was unmatched. We are forever grateful for the impact Jane has had on our son's eating development through VitalStim- a technique that not all OT's are able to perform. Thank you, Jane, for your invaluable service and support. We couldn't have done it without you!

I cannot thank our longtime OT, Jane, enough for the incredible impact she's had on our daughter's life. From day one, she embraced us like family, creating a warm, nurturing environment where our daughter felt safe to grow and thrive. Her passion for her work is palpable in every session, and it's clear she genuinely cares about the well-being and progress of each child she works with. What sets her apart is her commitment to empowering parents. She doesn't just work with our daughter; she educates and supports us as well, ensuring we have the tools and understanding we need to continue her progress at home. Moreover, she's been a fierce advocate for our daughter, always going above and beyond to ensure she receives the support and resources she deserves. We are endlessly grateful for her presence in our lives and the positive impact she's had on our family.

Love Ms. Jane! She helped our daughter so much with her knowledge, passion and love. Our daughter has gained so much confidence in feeding and trying new foods. Ms. Jane is amazing and we can not imagine where we would be without our experience working with her.

Jane has been a breath of fresh air and, most importantly, so impactful with helping our daughter work through OT. From the moment Jane met our special needs baby, she jumped right in and won our baby over. Jane's experience and skill as a feeding therapist was evident from our first visit. She's not intimidated by complex medical babies and finds the perfect balance between gentle care and challenging our daughter to try new tasks and meet developmental milestones. Before Jane we had no plan or idea of how we'd get our daughter eating through her mouth (she's a g-tube babe!), and through Jane's therapy our baby is starting to eat at therapy and at home with us! Our daughter has a real sweet spot for Jane and lights up every time they see each other. We are so thankful to have found Jane and cannot recommend her enough.
